Level 6 Integrated Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (IGDBS)
Overview
This course is ideal for students who want to follow a broad business and management program rather than specialize in one particular business area. It also caters for students who wish to complete a general business program in three years without a placement element. The course will provide you with a broad, deep and integrated understanding of the main business functions within a modern, international context. Student will study a broad range of business areas, including finance, marketing, human resources management and operations management. You will examine the trends in the international business environment and look at strategic management issues. Assessment Modules are typically assessed by individual assessment. Assessment involves investigative assignments, presentations and action research activities. The main objective of the assessment of the course will be to meet the assessment criteria detailed within each unit. Entry Requirements Learners must fulfil the following criteria to gain admission to EUAAB programme: - Learners should ideally have a Level 5 qualification or equivalent. Applicants applying from outside of the EU must demonstrate the evidence of the equivalence of the qualification to a EU degree; ‘Equivalence’ to be calculated through National Recognition Information Centre. |
Structure
Course is designed with the combination of research techniques and specialised modules in management context. Learners have to complete 240 credits with 9 compulsary units and 4 optional units.
