EUAAB in a nutshell
European Assessment and Accreditation Bureau popularly known as 'EUAAB' as an independent organisation provides both 'Accreditation' and 'Assessment' of qualification services to educational institutes primarily in the European zone with a global reach.
EUAAB as an Institutional Accreditation Provider
'The EUAAB accreditation' is an internationally renowned quality standard for schools, colleges, universities and online learning providers. EUAAB has been formed to bring independent information to both the student population and the wider Higher Education community within the Europe and beyond, through its international accreditation service with well-defined and objective benchmarking.
Accreditation through EUAAB helps students and parents make a more informed choice and will also help a school, college, university, training provider or distance education provider, demonstrate to the international student body that they are a high quality institution. Our international accreditation allows students to gain a realistic and honest picture of what an institution is really like in terms of quality, resources, student support and ethics. In an ever increasing international education market EUAAB accreditation supports institutional improvement and increases transparency for students, management, government and international partners. Accreditation by EUAAB is independent and unbiased and the accreditation of institutions is undertaken by inspectors who have a wealth of relevant experience. While the assessment leading to accreditation covers the whole range of facilities, resources and activities of the institutions as listed above, there is a focus on the whole student experience and on the underpinning staff expertise. We want to encourage all our accredited institutions to become as student-focused as possible in their approach. In a nutshell, EUAAB accreditation is holistic – encompassing institutions in their entirety rather than particular programmes or qualifications. Institutions may, therefore, approach EUAAB for accreditation regardless of their specific discipline focus. The primary objective of the accreditation process is not to award a one-off kite-mark, but rather to recognise and underpin an institution’s commitment to providing a high quality learning experience for students in a safe and supportive environment, and to continuing quality enhancement of that experience. |
In awarding accreditation EUAAB has four main purposes:

Drawing on nearly a decade of international education experience, EUAAB has a unique insight into the global education market. We are committed to both encouraging the highest standards of education offered by independent colleges and providing prospective students with an invaluable guide to quality in an often complex sector. Our central office staff, a network of expert inspectors, and a team of experienced specialist consultants work together to help independent education and training providers raise their standards and reach their potential.
EUAAB accreditation is a widely recognised mark of quality achieved through an objective, detailed audit of your processes, policies and systems. We use a combination of self-evaluation and on-site inspections to measure success against our established benchmark. This process promotes improvement and ensures good practice across your organisation. |
The EUAAB approach is not simply one of auditing and approval but part of an integrated approach to quality assurance in the sector. Our long and extensive experience means that we can help your institution show the quality of its provision, improve its performance and distinguish itself in the market. |
